If you do not see either artwork in the contact form or if you do see a series of buttons along the bottom of the form, the contact form will not work. This lack of functionality may be due to a combination of factors including the following possibilities: (1) the browser you are using and the edition of that browser; (2) the operating system your computer uses; (3) the kind of add-ons and plug-ins that are installed in your browser, (4) or some combination of the foregoing set of factors. The contact form uses a program that produces .swf files and some web surfers are, for whatever reason, not .swf-enabled. Although results vary, the contact form seems to work best with Opera, Internet Explorer, and Safari (especially in conjunction with Mac computers).
